A Major Milestone on Our Digital Route: “Digital Transformation Incentive Program”

At Polibak, we have completed another important milestone in our digital transformation journey. Having successfully completed our application process under the Digital Transformation Incentive Program conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, we have become eligible to benefit from Region 5 investment incentives.
In line with Bakioğlu Holding’s 2030 Vision, our “Digital Route,” and our strategic roadmap, we initiated the application process on October 25, 2024. Under the leadership of Baknet AŞ General Management and with the contributions of our teams, we carried out comprehensive efforts over a period of approximately 22 months and qualified to receive the Digital Transformation Center Certificate. As part of the incentive granted, we will have the opportunity to implement 32 digital transformation projects through July 2031.
At Polibak, we view digital transformation as more than an investment in technology. We believe that the foundation of transformation lies in rethinking the way we work across all areas—from production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain management to sales and decision-support processes—while increasing efficiency, automating our processes, generating greater value from data, and making artificial intelligence an integral part of our business processes.
We believe that the Digital Transformation Incentive Program will serve as an important catalyst in this journey, enabling us to carry out the transformation planned in line with our strategic objectives more effectively, efficiently, and rapidly.
